AIS joined Oracle and launched a new cloud platform in Thailand, love in support of business and government agencies that require more control over how their data is stored and managed. The platform, called AIS Cloud -powered Oracle Cloud infrastructure, runs operator on servers located in Thailand and monitors local data laws.

Companies insert 4 billion THB into local data centers. The aim is to provide organizations a way to build AI system, store large volumes of data and operate digital services – all while maintaining these data inside the country and according to Thai regulations.

AIS Business said the new service is intended for public and private sector users who want to upgrade their IT systems without relying too much to foreign cloud providers. By using local infrastructure, Canasses can reduce the risks associated with cross -border data transfers and remain in line with the rules of cyber security set by the Thai authorities.

During the industry, an application for a computing system is growing that can handle artificial intelligence, machine learning and large data. This workload requires a lot of strength and processing – and flexibility to expand if necessary. AIS said its cloud system supports these needs while maintaining stable and data performance.

Phupa Akavipat, the main business director of AIS, said:

“We firmly believe that it must have its own AI capacity to ensure long -term technological sovereignty and durability. In AIS, we are convinced that” digital infrastructure owned and operated by Thais “is the cornerstone of national development in digital times.

In order to make it easier for local users, it offers AIS functions such as Bipping in Baht, Thai contracts, and support for local language. The cloud system also comes with automatic scaling for heavier workload, adheres to strict safety rules and supports the technologies used in AI and analysts.

AIS Cloud is also the first platform in Thailand to receive a three -star evaluation as part of the DSure Cloud Certification certification program. The certification is amazed by the Agency for the support of the Digital Economy of Thailand (Depa), which reviews cloud services for compliance with regulations, security and performance.

Passakon Prathombutr, Chief Technology Director of DEPA, said that the mission of the agency is to move the Thai digital economy in advance by supporting the use of tools such as cloud platforms, AI and data systems across businesses, industry and government.

Along with the cloud, AIS was also introduced in the AS-A-Service network (NAAS). This service provides customers with a self-service portal for managing and adjusting its network connections-including the ability to add bandwidth or expand services over 5G and thread, both in Thailand and abroad.

AIS said that the offer to NAAS is created to work smoothly with a new cloud service, which provides users more control over how they combine systems and operate services. It also included continuous support and built -in security monitoring.

The company said its long -term plan is to be a disposable stop for AI and digital services in Thailand combining the cloud, calculations and network services that help local organizations Modernis and compete regionally.
